One of the first high-rise apartment houses built in the Tuscany-Canterbury District of Baltimore, the 1927 Warrington remains an elegant and classic twelve story residential building. This project involved complete renovation of a 2500 square foot apartment that had devolved into a warren of rooms over subsequent “renovations” and condominium conversion. Good Architecture worked closely with owner, Interior Designer Mona Hajj, to reorganize and proportion the space into an elegantly choreographed and detailed sequence of traditional rooms. Custom plaster mouldings, paneling, casework and hardware were designed to evoke the best, timeless Old-World interiors.
